Pale Crepe Gold
The rubber band with the softest stretch to help prevent Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and resulting costly insurance claims. It has the highest percentage of rubber content and the greatest number of pieces per pound. Pale Crepe Gold is highly recommended for repeated application.

Sterling
The best value per rubber band. It has a high percentage of rubber content and an excellent count per pound. Sterling is highly recommended for fast application and repeat use.

Advantage
The rubber band for everyday use. It has a mid-range rubber content. Advantage is recommended for industrial applications where a sturdy band with higher tensile strength is required.

Approx. Count Per Pound:
The approximate number of natural crepe color bands per pound. The Alliance manufacturing process often allows users to drop back a size from a similar import product, resulting in savings to you of more bands per pound and less cost per band.

Ultimate Elongation:
Elongation at point of failure.

Permanent Set:
After a rubber band has been stretched, it will typically come to rest at a longer length than before it was stretched. This is expressed as a percent of the original length of the band.

Specific Gravity:
The ratio of the density (weight) of a substance to the density of water.

Durometer:
Measure of the hardness of nonmetallic materials or “resistance to indentation.”

In addition to the standard sizes above, Alliance can also produce other rubber band sizes to meet your custom requirements in regards to thickness, width, formulation and length. Contact Us for more information.
