Alliance Rubber Company is an 87 year old family owned and operated manufacturer that not only survives but thrives in the face of the economic, cultural and social pressures that embody the business environment today.

We achieve success through a heritage of hard work, innovation and dedication from the greatest resource any enterprise can ask for: the diverse group of outstanding individuals who come together to be the greatest rubber band makers in the world!

Their dedication is manifest in the 105 associates proudly displayed on the Alliance Wall of Fame. They represent approximately two thirds of our staff as having five-plus years of service. In addition, the administrative and supervisory staff as well as the Board of Directors average over 15 years of service and collectively account for over 400 years of rubber band making experience.
