What Links Caviar and Rubber Bands?

Thursday, May 14, 2015

Caviar traditionally consists of lightly salted roe or eggs from sturgeon that inhabit the Caspian Sea. Once served exclusively to royalty and the wealthy, caviar is now available for the public to enjoy.

A delicacy that commands excellence, many distributors trust rubber bands to deliver food quality of the highest regard.

A rubber band is fitted to the side of tins in order to ensure an airtight seal. Any exposure to air would significantly reduce this precious commodity’s quality and taste, which is also why caviar is served in small containers and should be consumed in one setting (No leftovers!).
