Making The Long Shot With Rubber Bands

Monday, September 24, 2012

Wearing eyeglasses and playing sports can be tough. That’s where rubber bands come to the rescue. As illustrated in the picture, with a rubber band providing light support from the back of your head, you can play as mean and hard as you want without fear of losing your glasses.

Simply cut a rubber band in half and attach each end to each arm of your glasses. Doing this will help you play your best, while keeping your glasses secure—making the long shot, the jump shot, or even that marathon run possible.

If you have made it tight enough, the glasses will cling nicely to your head without pinching. When the game is over, just cut it off and throw away. Tell us how rubber bands have helped you with a project.

We’d like to thank Peggy, the winner of our latest blog post. She receives a prize pack and t-shirt.
