Silicone Extrusion

Alliance Rubber Company specializes in producing large and small batches of silicone extrusions using application-specific compounds. We develop unique formulations with the durometer, color and performance attributes relevant to the finished product needed by each specific customer. Finished product specifications may include but are not limited to such attributes as extreme high/low temperature tolerances, and flame retardant, metal detectable, oil, UV, ozone and steam resistant properties. We can supply solid silicone and, open cell or closed cell, silicone foam profiles in silicone cording, silicone tubing, and silicone bands as well as other cross-sectional or specific shape profiles required. The finished product can be produced in continuous lengths, cut to required specifications. Imprinting product information, logos or graphics on one or both sides is also available.

Silicone is used in thousands of applications throughout multiple and various industries that may have need for medical tubing, surgical tubing, silicone sleeves, silicone hose, silicone vacuum or coolant hose, conductive silicone, silicone sponge, silicone foam, silicone tubes and food grade tubing as well as multiple other profiles not included here. We will design our product to meet any business or military specifications.

Production size capabilities include prototypes, small and large volume order needs.
