Die Cutting Services

Alliance can custom die cut various materials, depending on volume and lead time. Our staff has over 30 years of die cutting experience. We can expedite samples of custom die cuts and we can produce and ship small quantities.

We use Steel Rule and Rotary die cutting. With Steel Rule die cutting, the onetime setup charge is lower and better suited for smaller quantities. For larger quantities, we recommend Rotary die cutting. The one-time setup charge is higher than steel rule but the savings is in the per piece prices. We can easily produce more parts in less time with Rotary die cutting than by any other method. Quotes on job by job basis.
