Lunar Gala is an annual fashion show put on by students at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pa. More than 1,000 people gathered to watch students walk the runway and flaunt a variety of styles at last year’s show.
We were excited when Miriam Buchwald, a junior industrial design major at the university, asked us to help with next year’s show.
Her next line for the 2015 event will feature six dresses made of rubber bands. We have the privilege of being Miriam’s rubber band supplier as she works to bring her line to life leading up to the event.
We are thrilled our rubber bands will be used in Lunar Gala 2015 in February. We’ll keep you posted on Miriam’s creations leading up to the show.
