Charles Mayo, a doctor who established the Mayo Clinic, a not-for-profit medical practice and research organization that specializes in treating difficult medical cases, once said of stress, that, “…. it affects the circulation, the heart, the glands, the whole nervous system, and profoundly affects heart action."
To avoid the build up, let rubber bands help you redirect your energy. As one online source suggest, simply get a bag of bands. Sit down. Get some scissors and cut. Once you have released your frustration through cutting, try tying the strands together. Create your own personal art while letting the stress roll off your shoulders.
