Rubber Bands Tie Together a Festive Centerpiece

Tuesday, November 05, 2013

By now you have put away your Halloween decorations and are thinking about ways to decorate for Thanksgiving. You don’t need to go out and buy an expensive centerpiece; you can craft an eye-catching arrangement with the help of a rubber band.

Recycle an old jar and surround it with ears of Indian corn. Next, wrap multiple rubber bands around the cobs to hold them in place. Hide the rubber bands by tying twine around them and fill the jar with fall flowers such as Asters, Toad Lillies, Sedums and more.
